Refunding a course 

You may withdraw from one of our courses course with full refund if we receive written notice up to 7 days prior to the start date of the first session of the eight-week course. This allows you to attend the induction session without cost to ensure the course is suited to your needs.

 

Changes to agreed schedules

We understand that situations can change over time. We try to be flexible and will do what we can to accommodate changes to previously agreed schedules. Where this is not possible and you need to cancel a course or an individual session, we will apply the following charges.

Charges for cancellation of courses

• Where a cancellation is made within 15 days prior to the start date of the course or individual session we charge the full amount agreed.

• Where a cancellation is made between 30 and 16 days prior to the start date of the course or individual session we charge half the full amount agreed.

• For cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the start of the course or individual session we make no charge.

Cancelling a public course/session arranged by an agent 

Where a public course or individual session arranged with an agent fails to engender sufficient bookings to proceed, the responsibility for cancelling will be shared and no charges made.
